Chargers’ Brandon Staley praises Justin Herbert after gritty performance, gives injury update

Justin Herbert seemingly battled by a rib damage to get the Los Angeles Chargers within just arrive at of the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday evening, but even with a tough loss, head coach Brandon Staley experienced substantial praise for the youthful quarterback. 

Staley gave a brief update on Herbert’s status right after the game, indicating the crew would have a much better strategy of his injury on Friday, which he believes is a rib damage.

“He’s Okay. It was a difficult sport. You’re not going to see a quarterback – in any amount of soccer – perform tougher and do extra for their staff and will their crew to give them a probability than him,” Staley said definitively.

“It was just a challenging NFL video game, and he took some major hits, and none of those hits experienced any influence on him bringing his group back, like he always does,” Staley continued. 

According to the NFL Network, Herbert had X-rays performed right after the sport and will undertake a quantity of assessments on Friday, but Staley didn’t wait to notify reporters on Thursday evening that he experienced no problem about Herbert heading ahead.
