At the Byte CII World Championship, races 12 and 13 shook up the 22 nation fleet again in Newport with the lower end of the fleet turning in some of their best results of the regatta. A fog and a postponement started off the final day but, when it lifted, PRO Anderson Reggio was able to get off the first race in a 6 – 7 knot south westerly.
PSA is looking to build the fleet in Australasia and has set up some attractive charter, training and new fleet packages. PSA is partially interested to hear from groups of sailors or clubs that are looking for a modern lightweight racing class.
